Easy Returns for Unopened Items
Your satisfaction is our top priority at Vex Hair. We accept returns on all unopened, unused, and untampered hair extension sets with intact security seals within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, simply email us at info@vexhair.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with clear instructions. Approved returns are processed within 10 business days of arrival at our facility, and refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days after processing. If your return is outside the 30-day window but the item remains unopened, store credit may be offered at our discretion. Please note that hair accessories and tools are final sale and cannot be returned.
Hassle-Free Exchanges for the Perfect Color
We understand choosing the right shade online can be tricky! That’s why we’re happy to offer exchanges for unopened hair extensions within 30 days of receipt to help you get the perfect color. All items must remain sealed in their original packaging with security seals intact. To initiate an exchange, email info@vexhair.com with your order number and the color you need. We’ll provide return instructions and our Orlando, Florida return address. Once your item is received and inspected, your new set will be shipped promptly. Please note that exchanges must remain within the same product range; requests for different lengths or collections will be treated as returns.
Hygiene & Eligibility Guidelines
For health and safety reasons, opened, worn, or tampered hair extensions cannot be returned or exchanged. Human hair extensions are hygienic products, and this policy protects all of our customers—just like other suppliers in the industry. Please use the included tester piece before opening the full set to ensure satisfaction with the color and texture. Return shipping costs for eligible returns will be covered by Vex Hair, but please ensure all items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
