It runs as quick as 15 minutes if you already know your shade, or a relaxed 30 to 45 if you'd like to look through more. Your deposit is credited toward your purchase. Virtual appointments also available.Prefer to confirm a shade from home before ordering? Request a Color Match Swatch — a single piece in the color you're considering, cut from the same hair as the full set. Swatches are available for purchase upon request. Ordering online? Every order includes a complimentary single-clip test piece in your exact length and shade — so you can see it, feel it, and try it against your own hair before opening your full set.

Vex Hair offers 28 salon-developed shades designed to blend across a range of shades, so it's not necessary to get an exact match.
