Refunds & Exchanges


RETURNS
(Unopened Items Only)


We accept returns on unopened, unused hair extension sets within 30 days of delivery, provided:
 

  • Items are in original packaging

  • Security seals are intact

  • The tester piece is included


To request a return, email info@vexhair.com with your order number. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt and typically appear within 3–5 business days after processing.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items returned outside the 30-day window are not eligible for refunds.

EXCHANGES FOR COLOR 

We’re happy to offer exchanges for unopened hair extensions within 30 days, as long as:
 

  • Packaging remains sealed

  • Security seals are intact

  • The tester piece is included


Email info@vexhair.com with your order number and desired color. Once the original item is received and inspected, your replacement will ship promptly.

Exchanges must remain within the same product range and length. Requests for different lengths or collections are treated as returns.

HYGIENE & FINAL SALE

For health and safety reasons, opened, worn, or tampered hair extensions cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please use the included tester piece before opening the full set to confirm color and texture.

Items that do not meet eligibility requirements may be refused.
